產地 : 澳洲

成分：鮑魚、水、酸度調節劑(331)、鹽、護色劑(316、223偏亞硫酸鈉)

重量：1-2頭　去水淨重213克／罐

特色 : 產自澳洲，鮑魚個頭大，肉質較軟滑。味道甘香，口感煙韌，甘香，適合切片。鹽水浸，建議自行調配醬汁或配搭其他食材烹調。

食療價值 : 鮑魚，性平，滋陰補養，補而不燥。 鮑魚含有豐富的蛋白質，但脂肪及糖分含量低。具有滋陰，解熱明目等食療功用。口感嫩滑彈牙，味道鮮甜。

推介菜式:多種食法，無論是切片後配菜，還是原隻上碟配鵝掌皆宜。

煮食方法:　將罐頭鮑連罐放在沸水中煮20分鐘，水一定要蓋過罐頭，以免罐頭爆開。撈起罐頭後，放涼一會，以免熱湯濺出，小心開罐倒出鮑魚，可切片即食。

適合人士:　一般人群均可食用。
