Nutritive Value: Dried Oysters are high in protein level and rich in nutrient value, nourish the vital essence.

Suggested Recipe: One of the most famous dishes is Pan-fried dried golden oyster. Sweet and fragrant, delicious and flavoury.

Cooking Method: Before using the dried oyster, soak them in water for roughly 10 minutes. Cleanse them thoroughly and marinate them with sugar, salt, sesame oil and potatoes starch according to personal preference for around 20 minutes. It is ready to use after pan-frying both sides.

Suitable for the general public to consume.

Storage Method: Must be stored in fridge.
