On Kee Classroom: Cordyceps Flower and Fresh Lily Bulb Stir-Fry with Premium Vegetables

Ingredients (for 1 portion, approximately 3-4 people):

  • Cordyceps flower: 2 taels (approx. 75g)
  • Elm ear (wood ear mushroom): 1 tael (approx. 37.5g)
  • Yellow ear (golden ear mushroom): 1 tael (approx. 37.5g)
  • Cloud ear (black fungus): 1 tael (approx. 37.5g)
  • Snow ear (white fungus): 2 taels (approx. 75g)
  • Bamboo fungus: 2 taels (approx. 75g)
  • Lingzhi mushroom: 15g
  • Fresh lily bulb: 1 bulb
  • Carrot and vegetables: Appropriate amount (for garnish or side dish)

Preparation Method (for 1 portion, approximately 3-4 people):

  1. Soak and Prepare Fungi: Soak cordyceps flower, elm ear, yellow ear, cloud ear, snow ear, and bamboo fungus in water until fully rehydrated. Clean thoroughly, cut as needed, and set aside.
  2. Prepare Other Ingredients: Wash and cut fresh lily bulb, lingzhi mushroom, carrot, and vegetables. Set aside.
  3. Blanch Ingredients: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Blanch all ingredients in the boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry: Heat oil in a wok. Add all blanched ingredients and stir-fry until fully cooked. Season with sesame oil, salt, and sugar to taste. Toss evenly, then transfer to a serving plate.

This dish is now ready to serve, ideal for a nutritious and flavorful addition to any meal!
